Shipping Policy

* Individuals who are not a part of a business, can purchase from our website. Business-related fields, such as company name or company ID/GST/Tax number, etc. are optional fields.

* The product availability in our product data matches the availability on our landing page and checkout pages. If a product is listed as - in stock in an ad or listing, it landing page will open up and select your size option will show up, else it'll say that the product is out of stock. Customers should then be able to add the products to their cart and complete their purchase.

* Customers will have to create an account using thier valid email address (India or Rest of the World) or a phone number (India only) and then complete their purchase. Don't worry, account creation is free. Checkout as guests, is not allowed at the moment.

* We have a secured sign up and checkout process. The whole website is protected with a valid SSL certificate. The payment process, transaction process, and processing of all personally identifiable information (such as name, email, physical address, and payment information) is 100% safe and secured and never shared with anyone.

* All our third-party payment options are HTTPS-secure and they don’t ask for unnecessary personally identifiable information, such as credit check information, etc.

* All the products we advertise are available for door-to-door shipping to all countries.

* At the moment our website is showing all the prices/amounts, be it of any nature, in Indian Rupee currency(INR) only. Even the payment is collected in INR only.

* Shiprocket is our courier partner, and you can get all the detials about your order from start till the end online via them and us, both. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.

* We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

* In the unlikely event if we are unable to ship your order completely within 7 working days of the order, subject to the reasons not in our hands, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped goods, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped goods shall be refunded in full, in the manner you have made the payment.*

* Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

* We use Paytm Payment Gateway to collect all our payments. Customers can use the following payment modes to make the payment -
FOR INDIA - Paytm Account, Debit Cards, NetBanking, BHIM UPI, Credit Cards

FOR INTTERNATIONAL - Credit Cards only

* INDIA DELIVERY CHARGES:
Free Delivery for all orders over INR 500.00
Standard Delivery will be charged with INR 50.00 per unit, if the order is less than INR 500.00

The estimated delivery time will be between 1-8 working days, depending on the shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES:
Shipping charges will be taken from you, as per actual total price shared by our logistics partner. Shipping price is dependent on the parcel charged weight, shipping address itself and customer preference of standard or express delivery.
Support team will get in touch with you, for the payment of courier charges on the order before shipping the order, if it is already placed for shipping to countries other than India.

The estimated delivery time will be between 2-15 working days, depending on the shipping address.

* In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s).
* If you have paid using a debit card/net banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 2 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
